San Marzano opened its doors in 2023, born from a chef’s lifelong devotion to the traditions of Italian cuisine. After years spent mastering regional techniques and recipes, he set out to create a place where authenticity isn’t an idea, it’s a daily practice. The restaurant takes its name from the celebrated San Marzano tomato, a symbol of Italy’s culinary heritage and a reminder of the standards the kitchen holds itself to.
Every ingredient comes directly from Italy, from the flour in the dough to the sauces, cheeses and even the artisanal ice cream that completes each meal. Our pizzas and pastas are crafted by hand in true Neapolitan style simple, authentic, and rooted in tradition.
